2026 is a deliberate year. After a decade of saying yes to every interesting problem, I'm spending this year paying down operational debt across everything I run — instrumenting the gaps, automating the toil, and pushing uptime to places where it wasn't before.

Sunrise Unified IT is finishing its launch runway. Team Hydra is shipping a quieter quarter by design. The Foundation is building out its next round of hardware donations and community classes. Hep.gg and friends just keep running.
